Automated Decision-Making
De Taalkamer does not make decisions with significant consequences for individuals without human intervention. In the electronic learning environment Moodle students are automatically removed after six months of inactivity.

Personal data of students: a maximum of 5 years after completion of the training (unless a longer period is required by law).

Financial/administrative documents: 7 years (statutory tax retention period).

Website visitors, interested parties and partners: a maximum of 12 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
We work with IT service providers for the management of online training. These parties process personal data solely on our behalf.
Our data locations are within the EU and in Switzerland. For Switzerland, an adequacy decision by the European Commission applies.
